Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
